McDonald's in Weilerswist

Dear McDonalds, I, as one of your regular customers, really ask you to replace the dirty paper straw with environmentally harmful plastic. It is really bad if you think you are eating paper, it spoils my appetite enormously. In the meantime I drive to Burgerking Euskirchen, because there are human straws there ... The access is via the gas station, not immediately visible to non-residents! The staff, Corona compliant, all with a mask!

Ordered great in the drive. Okay, a lot of vouchers but then 3 Big Mäc not included but paid for 15 km Thank you very much, even if you can't get it right then leave the vouchers out.

Mostly delicious, my only bad experience was ordering a Mcflury at the drive-in, I opened the bag and saw that my Mcflury was only half full, when I asked the "saleswoman" about it, she took my Mcflury and folded these edges on the new one Cups and said "now is full" .... when I explained to her that the small blob of ice on the bottom of my cup was far too little, I only said "that is little?" And the window closed ... I got exactly one spoonful of ice and that's for the price. An impudence. Therefore only three stars.

Only used the McDrive, but what I haven't seen at McDonalds for a long time (Bornheim and Wesseling) here in Weilerswist, the staff were friendly and could even smile. It's a shame that this cannot be taken for granted. Oh yes, a downer: the screen on which you get your order was broken on Tuesday, December 29th, 2020.

The vegan burger and the vegan apple pocket are awesome.

The dishes can be more warm, but mc donalds has always been cold or half warm for a long time

In itself equally good everywhere. Nice employees, branch was clean. There is also a selection for vegetarians. We leave out whether the whole thing is healthy. All in all, everything was ordered and eaten quickly and easily. In some branches you want that you order on the devices. Well, that's not for me.

Clean and friendly staff. It is better to check special requests for out-of-house orders on site.

I only came to the restaurant shortly before it closed. Despite all the back and forth of the staff when tidying up and cleaning, I was served friendly and quite quickly. A positive side effect: everything was freshly prepared.

Visited on the return trip. Friendly staff, an excellent hygiene concept and the usual good quality. It's safe to eat here.

Mc Donalds is clean. Staff friendly. Good parking. Long opening times. Unfortunately our order via app wasn't ready when we arrived. Maybe next time.

The food is often just warm. Eating hot isn't the case that often. But I like eating MC Donalds in and of themselves but when it's hot. 😉

Was good, the staff was very nice and tried hard to clean everything immediately. Generally very clean.

Typical McDonalds-style food. Only the vegan burger didn't taste good at all. The hygiene rules were disregarded in that the entrance was blocked with a chain and we had to use the exit. Many guests used the entrance as an exit when it reopened and there was no need to register, although a list was available.

Simply speechless!!! Never been in such bad shape. At first we were in front of a chain but no employee. This was probably in the toilet, good happens, but no replacement at the door. After calling someone came who had no idea. We should fill out pieces of paper (a pen, filled out pieces of paper were scattered on the table) and order. No table assignment and only a "I don't know" when asked (hardly understood us). Since we were almost ALONE the food came very quickly, BUT my daughter got both the wrong food and the wrong toys. Got the right one on request (and were allowed to keep the wrong one) but with the sentences "what is missing" and "take with you" (the wrong one). No apology, no kind word. In the case of the citizens, ingredients were only half in the bread roll or the bottom of the bread roll half squashed up in the box (say nothing against a bit shifted, but so that you can eat it wisely). The launch came at the end. We have an hour and a half drive ahead of us (with 2 children) and the toilet is not accessible! Only one of the 3 cabins open (of course Corona is also ok) but no toilet paper and glasses and the floor pee! When asked, they just say "can't refill paper, it won't work". Then went to the disabled toilet. Paper as far as we could not get from the toilet, paper towels ON the holder (no wheelchair user can get there) and soap or disinfection were in large open bottles at the sink. Just amazing!

Not to eat and as a bonus also unfriendly staff. Stay away from it!

A quick stop around midnight for run ice cream, excellent!

Again a completely normal McDo. As always, there is a lack of staff. The tables are almost all uncleaned and the garbage is overflowing. Probably only the shareholders benefit from it.

Hot food, fast and friendly in drive in. Sit in not easy possible

Delicious hamburgers,snacks,desserts and drinks.extremely clean inside, certainly not a small restaurant.You can sit inside or outside.very friendly staff and the waiting line is short.One of the better mcdonalds that i visit.

Good service, no Englisch speaking staff and most usb ports at the tables are wrongly installed. The food was ok.

Was there in the early morning. It was clean. But unfortunately took long to get our Coffee.

We've used order device and full service. Waiter brought our meal in 10 minutes. The only problem was searching the way to the restaurant from the highway.

Great service

Very slow service and the food was soso. The bathroom was very dirty, eventhough there was a toilet seat cleaner option.

relatively clean and not crowded with convenient parking right in front of the entrance.

All tables dirty, food cold, big tasty with bacon was without bacon and upon asking for the bacon the bun was lifted and 1 steak of bacon was added. 2 good points were the friendly staff and good coffee. Toilets definitely not a plus...
